"Room was very comfortable and clean. Loved the little fireplace in the sitting room although we did not need to use it. Staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with large variety and the staff was very helpful. Perfect location. Easy walk into town for activities or food."

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Museum Hotel. The property was spotless from the moment we arrived — every detail was beautifully maintained and thoughtfully curated.
The staff provided truly outstanding service. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel special throughout our stay.
The massages at the spa were out of this world — one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. It was the perfect way to relax and fully enjoy the magic of Cappadocia.
We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience!"

"Room: cave room was comfortable and cosy. It was very warm even after I turned off the heater. I like that it is next to a quiet courtyard. The lights could come in through the large glass windows/doors so I don’t feel claustrophobic.
Staff: great service. Mr. Mustafa Kemal, the night shift staff stood out for me. Very polite, friendly and kind. He looks out for the hotel guests when we are up at the area to view the balloons he also proactively offered to take photos for me which I appreciated.
Breakfast spread was fabulous! Breakfast staffs were attentive and works very hard.
Some hotel guests from one particular Asia country were very loud and noisy EVERY morning. One was yelling ‘Mother’ at the top of her voice. I will encourage the staff to feel comfortable to educate these guests to lower their volume so they are not a nuisance to others and ruin the quiet serenity of the environment. As tourists, we should be respectful of one another’s space.
This was my second trip to Cappadocia. I would love to be back again. "
