Lovely gardens throughout the property, nice wine and cheese welcome, convenient continental breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They helped with activity reservations and meal recommendations. Very kind and courteous.

The breakfast shut down before time both days of our stay and it seems like we paid the $40 fee for nothing!

Breakfast and wine & cheese such a nice touch. Also we were give a 20$ voucher for a selected restaurants which was a surprise and added bonus . Will definitely be staying with Pavilion again!

Nice hotel but we had family above who moved around like a herd of buffalo. Not the hotels fault, but damn those people had no obvious clue they were being disruptive.

Great stay-outdoor covered patio area with views of the ocean/harbor. Landscaped interior and great breakfast. Friendly staff evening wine reception was also a plus.

The Pavilion was an oasis in the heart of Catalina Island. So so relaxing...enjoyed the wine and cheese time, getting to know other guests. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely will return!

It was my family's and I first Time visiting catalina and we decided to stay at this gorgeous hotel the reason why was because it was in the center of everything, we got to check in early , we stayed there for 2 nights let me tell you , the staff was WONDERFUL!!! I have a toddler so they let me used their staff microwave.. also at 4pm you get a free wine glass and cheese . Im coming back forsure!!! Lovee itt

ordered two times with Expedia, 1st time I ordered with breakfast, but my client still was charged for breakfast, 2nd time still ordered with breakfast, but when checking in, my client was told they can not find the information regarding breakfast, after dispute, my client got a card for breakfast for one person only. Very bad experience.

The hotel is amazing with a beautiful reception area and foliage that makes you feel like you're walking through a jungle to get to your room. They will store your bags for you until check-in and we even got to check in early. I cant think of one thing I DIDN'T like about the hotel.

This hotel is a 5 minute walk from ferry. The hotel is very clean and the evening wine and cheese reception is a perk!! My hubby and I spent our 25th anniversary here. Julia is amazing she sent a bottle of wine to our room:) we’ll definitely be back soon!!

For this property you are paying for location. You can walk to the ferry and you are on the main street. Everything is very easy to access. However, the property is less than satisfactory. It is similar to a motel. There is no pool or hot tub. We woke up to no hot water which it was fixed within 30 minutes and our room was not cleaned. We found a hunk of broccoli on the floor when we checked it out.

Great Hotel
All I can say is what a hotel! We went for vacation and it had such a relaxing and resort feel!! Clean, comfortable and great service. Staff is very friendly, helpful and present. The wine and cheese happy hour made us feel fancy 😂
