"Warm and friendly staff. The room was well designed and laid out. The air conditioning worked well. Quiet and efficient no need for any adjustments. A good space to work if needed. Both the room and the whole B&B hotel was very clean, well maintained. It was conveniently situated close to the Autoroute and easily accessible with ample parking. Very nice hotel. Absolutely terrific restaurant.
"The Novotel in Clermont-Ferrand was conveniently just off the autoroute. Good protected parking and very efficient check-in. (And they are DOG FRIENDLY). Rooms are what you expect, although our room was way too warm and even we couldn't regulate the temperature satisfactorily. Not sure what was going on, but the thermostat was not responding. The best part: The food offerings at the Novotel are excellent. A very good bar menu of bistro fare, including Croque Monsieurs. But the restaurant itself is terrific. Way beyond anything you would imagine at a Novotel. We will stay there again just for the restaurant!"
