The male receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. Almost threw my phone back at me after fixing a problem that he had caused. Then told us there were restaurants 200 metres away. One was spud-u-like (or similar) the other was in the rugby stadium. Internet connection didn’t work as intended nor did lift security. Breakfast was very limited - if things ran out they didn’t replace them, and the server started clearing things away half an hour before finishing time. We had stayed at campanile in Le Mans the night before - great experience there, very different to what we experienced in Clermont.

Choose different hotel

Dirty, peanuts and dust on the floor, broken window did not lock kept opening, tiny pillows, usb charging sockets did not work. Very basic breakfast. Nothing around the hotel. Huge traffic jam every morning and evening right in front of hotel leaving tram the only reasonable option to get to town.

Petit bĂ©mol au niveau du wifi, appeler un numĂ©ro de tĂ©lĂ©phone pour mettre le wifi j'avoue ĂȘtre un peu perturbĂ© dans cette mise en place mais effectivement ça se fait trĂšs bien. Dommage que la rĂ©ception n'en parle pas lors de l'arrivĂ©e. Nous avions un chambre familiale 2 lit doubles.

Séjour juste pour une nuit juste un bémol la restauration y es proposer mais nous sommes arrivés a 20 h et nous n avons pas pu dßner a l hotel on nous a envoyer dans une brasserie proche ou il y avait la retransmission du rugby donc un bruit infernal petit déjeuner juste correct pour le prix

Nous reservons souvent dans cet hotel. Pour son emplacement à cÎté du stade, à 15 minute à pied du centre-ville, calme, tres propre, pour son personnel agréable et disponible. Possibilite de snacking et personnel de nuit tres sympa.
