We stayed at the Apollo Palm for 3 nights before our cruise. overall it is a great small hotel with everything you need. breakfast was included and was amble and delicious. The rooms are a bit outdated and potentially need the carpet replaced both in there and in the hallways, but overall beds were comfy. They use some type of perfume cleaner or spray that was very strong. Suggest that they go to something with less order as it was very strong. View from the rooftop of the acropolis is great, especially at night. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It does look like it’s in a bit of a rough neighbourhood at first but if you go right out of hotel and then left and right at first street you are into the area of all the restaurants and on your way. It’s about 20 min walk to plaka and we didn’t need a cab at all

"My complaint was that I booked a King bed room. When we checked in they put us in a queen room. I returned to the reception desk to say that we wanted a king room and the agent insisted that we had a king room. finally, I said if you want to go look, it is not a king bed.
