"I absolutely loved this hotel. The room is spacious clean and very nice. The best thing though is the staff and service. My boyfriend got sick during the trip and the staff was beyond helpful trying to help contact hospital, book reservations and even providing water, cold packs and more. They were always so warm and helpful at all hours. Especially Ohashi was helping through her entire shift and made our stay amazing and situation much better. Highly recommend! "

The onsen bathhouse was simple, but very nice and relaxing. Right across from the train staton, which is really convenient. "
