"This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Japan and I have stayed in many over the years. It was clean, modern, had a fully stocked kitchen, and was very spacious compared to Japanese standards. The housekeeping was great every day and I had a beautiful view of Mount Fuji during sunset every day and a view over Yokohama. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The staff was very helpful, even though there is no on site staff, the directions that they sent through the PDF to get into the building and into the room was very thorough, and when I had a problem connecting to the Internet, they responded right away and helped me right away. "部屋は狭いがロフトは意外に広かった。ベッドにはマットレスが無く布団だけなので固く慣れるまで身体が痛かった。夏はロフトは暑いのでエアコンの風が行くように扇風機が設置されているのは良かった。キッチンの排水溝のゴミを捨てようとしたら、掃除があまりされて無く滑りがひどく気持ち悪かった。ロフトのハシゴからジャンプしているのか？どっしんっという音が良く聞こえた。全体的には立地、部屋の綺麗さを考えるとお値段も手頃で良いと思います。"
