"Beds were way too high and were like laying on a foam pad on the floor. Rooms were not vacuumed (there was a sock under the chair that had been there God knows how long). Phones were not operational. Bed linens and bathrooms were clean. There were no amenities (no coffee makers etc.). Hot water took a long time to reach temperature. Pressure was good. Quieter than I thought it would be. Liked that it was gated for car safety. Elevators were dirty and there was a smell in the rooms like something was sprayed to cover up smoke smell (paid for NON smoking rooms). The price point was good but I would pick someplace else."

"When I checked into my room, the very first thing I found was a large cockroach on the floor. On the second day, after being gone all day long, my room was never attended to. Bed was unmade, bathroom still had towels to be replaced on the floor. I spoke to the front desk about it and was told “Sorry, our housekeepers are gone for the day”. Third day my room was attended to. Forth day, again housekeeping didn’t show up, and again I was told “Sorry, our housekeepers are gone for the day” For 150.00 a night, this is unacceptable. The grounds outside for patio seating was dirty, and I was approached every day by, what looked like a homeless man, begging for a light and any spare change. I guess they don’t have any security watching over the place. After receiving a review of my stay, I was never contacted by the management, or corporate representatives. I doubt I will ever stay at these establishments again."

"I was first given a key to a room which had not been cleaned. They quickly found a room for me when I went back down to the desk. But that was sort of disconcerting. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. Pool was closed"

"I will NEVER stay here again in my life. It has a bad Odor I. The hallways and rooms. The rooms are very dated. The environment is a sleep with a gun type of environment. The sofa had hairs on it like it had never been cleaned before I got there. I pulled out the sofa bed and there was stains on the sheet. They charge for every little thing. I will need hotel therapy after this stay. Worst experience ever."
