The Claridge Hotel
We had no hot water in the shower my husband kept reporting it to the front desk . They kept telling us they will have man fix it .It was never fixed no one ever came to fix it . We had to keep shower running all night in morning water was still not hot . We never had these issues staying here not ...

Bathroom wasn’t clean, heat didn’t work and when we ran out of toilet paper (which was never stocked because we were there for 30 minutes before it ran out) they didn’t bring up tissue until the next morning.
