"The single room I booked was roomy. The bed was large and very comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze with very personable employees. The waitress/bartender, Cynthia Mouzon, was very helpful, not only with the food and drink, but also with questions I had about the hotel and the airport shuttle. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay on March 23, 2026."

"Uncomfortable room. No clothing storage. Bed was low and night stand only on one side. Air heating and cooling not functioning properly. Phone call for service answered by AI then transferred to phone that no one answers. Check in took about an hour and desk agent was unfriendly. Only 1 office chair to sit on in the room. Very LOW END experience "

"The hotel was full, so parkibg was hard to find. There was trash everywhere - food trash in the halls, by the elevators, etc. The hallways smelled like marijuana and we had issues with the hot water in our room - and the front desk response was that they would send maintenance in half an hour or more. Overall, not at all what I am used to for this hotel chain. "
