The staff at this hotel are beyond fabulous. From to front door,to the front desk, to the wait staff they were all so kind and helpful as I was delayed in Atlanta and trying to fix a passport issue to catch up to my children overseas.

Ice machine did not work on 3rd floor; had to go to 4th floor for ice. In room coffee was nasty. No fridge in room. Breakfast options were very good. Hostist in the morning was very nice, bright and inviting. I do recommend staying there.

I very nice property. If you need to get an urgent passport this is definitely the place to stay. It is adjacent to the Georgia Passport Agency. They park your car ( valet and overnight parking was 55.00. ) You can get a late checkout ( 1 pm) which is perfect - they will store your luggage until you pick up your passport (. Between 2:30-3:30). I got in line at 1 pm - was first in line first out. Absolutely worry free. Hotel personnel were kind, helpful and professional, Seen minute walk to the Georgia Aquarium and more,

I would like to start of by the hotel looks nothing like the pictures. 2nd it’s by the train station so it is surrounded by the homeless who are dealing with mental health crisis. 3rd, when we checked in the clerk was rude and snappy. During our stay the water main broke in ATL. Surrounding buildings shut down and issues refunds to their guest. This hotel stated if you left you would not get a refund but we can offer you 2 water bottles for the inconvenience. We paid a lot of money per night. All we were offered is there is nothing we can do. At first they wanted to charge you for water which is wild. Employees joking stating we can take a wash up until the water comes back on but it never did. I stayed 2 nights and did not get to shower at all. My restroom turned into a porter potty which is inhumane as ever. We left the hotel and went towards the Braves stadium just to have a restroom to use and that is 12-14 miles away. We come back and the clerk offers us free breakfast for this morning, but guess what?? If there’s no water then breakfast can’t be provided. When I checked out today, June 1st I asked for corporates number and email and they handed me a peace of paper and didn’t say a word. The paper said it was a 35 mile radius which it wasn’t but once again doesn’t state you’ll receive a credit or refund. Terrible customer service and zero compassion for others. Employees being rude but they get to go home. I’m from out of town I can’t just get another room.

Water main broke in Atlanta so had no running water. Couldn't shower, flush, etc. all afternoon and night along with AC stuck on 74. Gave complimentary water bottles at check-in to brush teeth, etc. and were told to come back if needed more but then charged 3 bottles to room. There was no food service at hotel either.

Front desk staff was amazing. Nick was very nice. The stay was amazing and valet was great. The only negative is the area has a lot of stragglers walking around making it feel uncomfortable.
