"This hotel by far exceeded my expectations from check in to check out. Roxy and other staff members were ever helpful with questions and explanations. The Native Son offered really good short breakfast and lunch options. Rainbird was a special dinner treat. Housekeeping services were every so accommodating. Visited Mainzer for a look. Great menu options as well. Next visit to Merced you've got my business "

"The rooms were clean but the place was a disappointment. The food was okay, as far as breakfast goes, it actually surprised us. It had some warm food. The halls and such were clean but you could tell the place was run down. The bathtub never fully shut off. "
