Britannia Hotel Birmingham New Street Station

8/10 Good

"It's in the heart of downtown Birmingham shopping district. Close to the train station ,tram and all public transportation. Also close to Birminghams major Library."

Hampton by Hilton Birmingham Broad Street

10/10 Excellent

""We had an amazing time at the Hampton by Hilton Birmingham Broad Street! The view from our 14th-floor room was spectacular, and I kept thinking how incredible it would be to watch fireworks from up there. The breakfast was great with plenty of selections, and the waffles were a huge hit with my daughter. The entire staff was friendly, and the room attendants were exceptional. My only minor drawbacks were that the beds were a bit squeaky, and my daughter mentioned the sofa bed was a little hard and we wished they had a swimming pool onsite or a sauna. We would definitely stay here again just hoping for a slightly more comfortable bed next time!""

The Arden Hotel & Leisure Club

10/10 Excellent

"While in some respects some might consider the rooms a little “tired”, there is a great feel in this hotel. The room and rooms are clean and have a great atmosphere. The bar, restaurant and breakfast room all have their own individual characters and while not perhaps in a modern style, I personally loved and will be happy to return in the future. I particularly liked the quality and range of the restaurant menu but there is also a separate bar menu."

Novotel Birmingham Airport

10/10 Excellent

"I want to give a huge shout out to the Front Desk staff member - Ali. We had some issues with our check in and it was just me and my 2 small Kids travelling. It was 2am after a long delayed flight. He understood the situation and quickly got us a room. He was the best. This man needs a raise or promotion or whatever."

Village Hotel Birmingham Walsall

10/10 Excellent

"Nice hotels, spacious room with comfortable bed. Food is decent with good choice. I ordered via the website though and my order got missed for some reason. Waited half an hour before I chased it up and it was delivered. When it was delivered they brought my starter and main course both at the same time!"
