Location was perfect!! Everything was walking distance to bars, shopping and sites. The only concern we had was we didn’t get our access code via email after paying for the €4 tax and we had to call as there is no reception desk at the hotel. Once that was sorted out, everything was fine after.
Great apt! It’s above restaurants so light be slightly noisy at times. If you need a place for your baggage below is a baggage storage area. The room was great and spacious! Bathroom was nice and clean!
We moved here as our other hotel was very noisy. This one was much quieter and still with in walking distance of many of Athens attractions. There was a grocery store very close. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. We had room to set out our luggage without tripping over it. One thing to realize is check in was at another hotel 4-5 blocks away. This was not a big deal for us, but worth knowing about. The roof top bar and restaurant was fantastic with great staff and view of the acropolis!
This was a surprisingly good room value. Very new, well located, The key is to get the logistics right for picking up the key at the office building which is a 10 minute walk from the actual apartment.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Room comfort
Location is great and room is reasonably modern however the check in is at a different addresss and it’s awkward to get from one to another with suitcases.
Suite 5 is very loud. Not much insulation to street noise. Garbage truck passes middle of night. Construction starting very early in morning. Suite tidy but not really clean.

communication was terrible
the room smelled dank
location was great
housekeeping was mediocre
Booked for 2 nights.
Have to get the key from a 10 mins walking distance building, the staff are nice and helpful.
Charged us 20 euro per night for cleaning fee (in total we paid 40 euro), but there's no cleaning service on the 2nd day, after communication the staff refunded us 20 euro.
Location are great, easy access to the metro and nearby site seeing point. Not a quiet place to stay, as it's located in the heart of the town.
Only a thin blanket provided and it's a bit cold at night, have to use our own scarf during our stay.

Hard to find and tiny, but great area
Was almost impossible to find because door to hotel is small, not obvious from the street where a taxi will drop guests, has no obvious sign, and opens to an alley that vehicles can’t access. The room was cramped. No door on shower in tiny bathroom, so water went everywhere. However, location is great for strolling, shopping, eating, and viewing acropolis from below and ruins within minutes’ walk.
Basic but nice hotel. Clean with good equipment. The only con was that it was very loud at night. Then again it's located in the city centre close to bars and turist attractions so I guess nothing can be done.
Tip: add earplugs to the room. Would help big time!
Other than that I would recommend
Totally terrible staying there. no one come to airport even though I confirmed this both mail and phone many times, Also cleaning staff got inside before checkout time, and ate my snacks and drinks while I’m eating breakfast outside. I don’t understand it and no more staying here.
Terrible. Smells like a toilet. Inaccurate on facilities in room. Rude staff. Inconvenience to locate reception as it is in another location....?
Shockingly bad!!!
The place was clean and at a good location. The only inconvenient was that you have to pick up the keys at a different location, because the residence is at another location. We stayed at this location for one night because we needed a place to rest for the night before we took a flight to go back home. There is 20 euro charge for cleaning fee. I didn't like that we had to pay for the cleaning. They should have incorporated with the room price instead of charging you after you check in. Otherwise we liked the facility and the location.

The bed was harder than I anticipated. The ac POURED out water, but eventually stopped. To get the keys you have to go to a separate building. They do not respond to the message system on Expedia , or reply to emails.

Near main street, need improvement on maintenance
Check in counter is 10-15mins away from the room, it is not easy if u carry with heavy luggage. I reserved a non smoking room, but ends up the room is full of smoking smell. The room design is new and modern, but maintenace was not good. We found a sock left on the floor and tables are with water stain when we check in. The residence was near to the main street and attraction site, thus good for those who look for convenience but not having high expectation on room condition.
Check in was strange. The office to check in was several blocks away they did not mention this in the ad. At the office they asked for a €20 “cleaning fee” for one night. No other hotels had a surcharge this steep for one night. I stayed elsewhere in Greece for a week and had an additional fee of €7. The room was updated and had new furnishings. Over all, pleasing to the eye. Once we went to bed we noticed the issues. The noise on the street was obnoxious. There was a homeless person yelling at someone, a dump truck and a motorcycle that made quite a bit of noise and lots of foot traffic. There was a dot that was to remain locked on the first floor, however was open all nothgnas the building is not only used for this property. I wouldn’t recommend this “hotel” to a friend.

GET A HOTEL!! Save yourself the trouble and the $$
You have to go someplace else to pick up the keys, it’s a total pain in the but when you are dragging your bags. And the office is only open certain hours. VERY INCONVENIENT!!
The studio is fine but not the same as the pictures. No couch. 2 stools. A very uncomfortable bed.... it’s called the boxsping in the US. Super hard. 2 very thin pillows. Thin blanket. 1 English TV channel. Filthy windows that look across on another building. And what really bothered me it that they charge an EXTRA $22.77 a day as a CLEANING FEE!!! Rediculous. I would not stay here or recommend it. You can get a hotel in the same area for the same price. Oh, and the reading light lightbulb was burnt out. Stupid place.

Bien ubicado. Buen precio.
