Neat and clean. The staff is very helpful and even provided breakfast box as I had to leave earlier than breakfast hour. The surroundings are so so.

Good members of staff but the area has a lot of crimes and not felt safe.Lots of grafiitis and people urinating next to the hotel.Lots of homeless people (Which is sad ) but lots of drug addicts.

The customer service at the reception was exceptional. Everyone was trying their best. We arrived very late on the day of our booking. The staff made sure we won't go back to sleep hungry. They left plates full of food for us to enjoy plus bottle of wine to help us relax. Food was simple but tasty. The beds were not very comfortable, also the noise from outside was annoying during the night time.

Bene, nel complesso la struttura qualità-prezzo non è male. Due sono stati i problemo NON risolti: essendo un hotel tipicamente cittadino e quidi con le finestre che si aprono molto ma molto poco e avendo l'aria condizionata completamente non funzionante , abbiamo dormito con una media di 26/27 gradi. La seconda mancanza è un bagno senza finestra e con l'aspiratore che non funziona. Grazie

Fantastic breakfast with plenty of variety. Nicely decorated top quality room with everything we needed. Clean quiet and comfortable. Public transport very close by.

The facility was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, but didn’t vary from day to day. Area around the hotel is a little rough, though it does have a good location to transportation.
