This place is absolutely wonderful from the welcome, to the unique building itself, the apartment and especially the roof terrace and views! The building is in a vibrant part of the city with lots of bars and restaurants, and easy access to key tourist sites. Highly recommended!

Amazing aparthotel in Athens!

The building looks new! The room we stayed in (sixth floor) was clean, organized and the refrigerator was stocked. The Owner and local staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. If ever I go back to Athens, I will stay here again!

Athens BlueBuilding is a great hotel/residence. It is very well appointed with the latest appliances, brand new and modern furniture and fittings. There was enough space for the four of us to live comfortably. It is close to all the tourist attractions but at the same time it is on a very quiet and safe street. The host/manager is very punctual, very competent and was able to provide for all our needs. Highly recommended and in our opinion value-for-money.

Locate in a residential area you can easily find anything you need. The property was well taking care of and clean. First impression of the room on the 5th fl was wow!. Great Hospitality & Modern

I had great communication even before our stay. We were greeted with a smile and Panagiotis was fantastic and gave us the info we needed to navigate where things were in the city. The apartment was modern and everything was automated. The design of the bldg is sleek and I found out it won a design award! We were able to walk to the Acropolis & everywhere else. The neighbor felt safe and there were restaurants & everything you could need near by. Great experience.

The best apartment I could have rented for my last days of my Greece vacation! Modern stylish & spacious apartment. They filled the fridge with a variety of fresh fruits, eggs, bread, butter, juice, coffee water bottles & etc. Exactly what we needed to cook our own breakfast. No need to rent a car when taxis are everywhere and easy to get. The staff was kind and even waited for us on our late arrival. Great large balcony. 10/10 perfection.

Very spacious with 2 huge balconies, each with a floor to ceiling sliding glass door that is half the length of the wall. One gives a great street view while the other is over an enclosed quiet courtyard. All the conveniences of home. One warning…the front desk is just a desk & is usually not manned, but they make every effort to be there for your arrival. Taxis always available (many parked there) right outside the door across the street. Supermarket, cafes, etc. up & down the street.

Modern clean apartment, central location and easy to get groceries and bars and restaurants. Roof top terrace is great for view of the Acropolis, we watched new year's fireworks which was great. Fridge is well stocked so you can make your own breakfast. The only small negative is the night bar close to the apartment play loud music disturbing the whole neighborhood.

I cannot rave enough about this property. My husband has declared this favorite place to stay anywhere we have traveled. The property managers went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were always making sure we had what we needed. They provided breakfast items for our apartment which was totally unexpected, and helped get us a taxi very early in the morning. It was super clean, modern and had all the amenities we needed. Do not hesitate to book this property!!

Frokost var brød, syltetøy, egg, ost og smør. Det var også mye frukt og energibars. Vann, kaffe og te var også tilgjenglig. Det ble fylt på hvis man begynte å gå tom. Helt greit for min del. Hvis man trengte mer kunne man kjøpe inn mat på supermarkedet og man hadde fullt utrustet kjøkken med oppvaskmaskin. Det var litt trafikk utenfor på kveldstid så balkongen var ikke sted jeg tilbrakte mye tid, men takterrassen var fin. Det var uansett nok støydemping når dørene ut var lukket og boligen hadde god AC. Plasseringen var ellers grei. Jeg følte at jeg kom litt nærmere gresk hverdag enn en turistverden. Det var et fint lite lokalsamfunn rundt leiligheten, men det var ikke lange gåturen før man kom til severdighetene.

最高でした！お部屋は新築か、というほど綺麗で、リビングダイニングはとても広く、備品が一通り揃っているだけでなく、パンや飲み物、果物や卵まで用意してくれていました！ 場所は国立公園を超えた先なので、遺跡エリアまで30分くらい歩くのですが、まあ、歩けました。バスで国立考古学博物館まで直接行けます。
