The hotel is at the top of a hill of a golf course with panoramic, amazing views and luxurious, spacious suites. Very elegant decorations and the staff is super friendly! If you want quiet and serenity, this is a good place to find it!

We were the only guests and were very well looked after.first rate Cretian breakfast. Bed linen changed after two days. We used their Taverna in the evenings. I would say a car is a must. The olive oil,wines (red and White House ,herbs and capers all home produced including the Rakl. Pretty easy to go north or as the main road is only minutes away, views are fantastic. Really friendly welcome even though we were late arriving. Rooms are stylish, modern and clean. We only stayed one night as we were moving to a resort the next day but would definitely visit again.

This hotel took our breath away from start to finish. The staff were so welcoming, helpful & go the extra step with cold flannels, welcome drinks & recommendations for days out. This hotel caters for all ages. It is spotlessly clean and well maintained in a good central location for all sightseeing needs. It has a blue flag beach and plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for all. There are 3 pools of varying sizes and 1 is heated, we went early season so none were crowded. The food is buffet style plentiful, fresh and of a good variety so even after a week you have had a different meal every day. I had a really nice stay at Chapter 02 Gallery Suites. The apartment was clean and comfortable, communication with the staff via WhatsApp was smooth, and check-in and check-out were straightforward. Great apartment, clean and good size, very comfortable for family of 2 adults and 2 children. Would recommend to anyone staying in Heraklion. Easy access to centre and bus to Knossos.

Stunning views, such a warm welcome and great home cooked food

This is a new hotel. Room was lovely - huge with beautiful views and a private hot tub on the very large balcony. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We had a town view room but it was still lovely. and the room was nice and bright.The breakfast was very rich, enough to fill your eyes. Also a lovely restaurant and bar. The service was very considerate and the staff were fantastic. Also the hotel itself provided excellent arranged day trips all over the island for a small fee, where we were collected from the hotel. We arrived after a late flight into Heraklion, the welcome was warm with the offer of a cold welcome beer. The room was more than we expected woth plenty of space and good amenities. Morning arrived and we had a fabulous breakfast out on the deck admiring the view over the valley. We only spent a night here bit wish we could have had 1 more. Highly reccomended
