"We brought our dog to stay with us, as the hotel is pet friendly. When we got our room it smelled clean with a in of bleach, which made me feel that they made efforts to clean the room given that pets are allowed. They offer free breakfast but it was continental. The breakfast display was a bit under expectations but free nonetheless. So it was sufficient."

"Another wonderful stay at Princess Royale! At this point, when I visit Ocean City, I honestly can’t imagine staying anywhere else. There’s something about this resort that keeps bringing us back. The location, the ocean views, the atmosphere, and most importantly, the people consistently make our stays special. This visit, Ana took wonderful care of us. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. We arrived earlier than the scheduled 4 PM check-in time, and she was able to get us checked in much earlier, which was such a wonderful start to our stay. Her warmth and genuine hospitality really stood out. Great customer service can completely change the tone of a trip, and Ana made us feel truly welcomed. Please make sure she knows her kindness did not go unnoticed! We had such a relaxing stay, and waking up to the ocean and experiencing views like this was absolutely beautiful. 🌊💕 Princess Royale continues to be our Ocean City home away from home, and I already know we’ll be back. Thank you, Ana and the entire Princess Royale team, for another memorable visit! 🌹"

"Great location, the rooms have been redone and the furniture/bedding/towels were great. Bathroom was partially updated but a little rundown around the edges. If they fixed that it would be awesome!"

"I have already booked to stay there again. They have the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in in a LONG TIME. My room was spotless, it smelled good in my room and in the lobby. It had a gorgeous atrium with a little cafe, indoor and outdoor pools, decent parking although they could use a few more handicapped spots. They only had maybe 3 or 4. I loved my view. It was off the boardwalk so it was quiet and the balconies are all separate so you don't have to see or listen to your next door neighbor. It was great!"
