"The room was extremely HOT. Left our room window open the entire night / day and it was still very uncomfortable to sleep. There is a ceiling fan but it definitely did not make too much of a difference. We were on the 7th floor, so the heat definitely rises. "

"Good place to stay, however do note that the oarking situation is on a first come, first serve situation, so they don't really have parking past a certain time. Also, no A/C in the rooms, just ceiling fan, so definitely recommend keeping that in mind for the warmer days. They do have windows that open but no net, so it's kinda sus since technically anyone who opens their window on the second floor can technically acces the other rooms as well."

"Stayed in one of the premier rooms. It was older and needed updating. Beds were comfy tho. Walking distance to Union Square lots of places to eat nearby. "

"Clean room & staff was okay. Had 24 hour security which was nice. No valet parking like the website states, breakfast was not available & the restaurant was not open at all like it was advertised on the website either anytime i had a question in regards to either , staff had no answer. "

"Speedy check-in! Good location! Walking distance to main attractions and shops nearby. First time in SF. I chose this hotel for my bday weekend. My only complaint is the bar/restaurant staff. The one doing breakfast seemed annoyed that I chose to eat elsewhere. I went back for dinner. The dinner staff was not attentive at all. My plate sat on my table after I was finished for quite some time. The same can be said for my empty glass. Finally, on my way out, I tried again (third time, three different employees); they refused to accept the drink vouchers I had received the night prior (for my birthday). Nowhere on the voucher it says “only one per day.” I was disappointed at the rudeness I experienced three different times. That would be my only suggestion: to work on being more welcoming to the guests, especially first timers that choose this hotel to celebrate a special occasion. "
