"Great Location and not in the heart of French Quarter, which is good. Only 5 minute walk to French Quarter. A lot of old world charm but still with modern conveniences. Staff friendly, helpful and efficient. Looking forward to going back next year. "

"Everything was nice but the property does need some updating. And they stop refilling breakfast a half hour before it closes, even if they have a completely packed room and people waiting for food. So the free breakfast is really free-ish."

They were authentically themselves, warm, and inviting. The food that my mom, aunt, and myself ordered was just top notch!!!!"

"Everything felt clean and well cared for. The pillows were absolutely amazing, the beds were definitely the best part. Staff was great and the location was exactly what we needed. Close enough to everything. Only one real problem- one of the elevators scared everyone so badly we got off and waited for another. I reported it to the front desk and they seemed to take it seriously. Look forward to staying there again. "

"The casino was okay it was hard to get drinks service when playing casino slot machines and the hotel room that was assigned to us was infested with nets after complaining for two days they finally moved us to another room which was a lot better. We will not stay there again until they update their hotel rooms and cleaning facilities otherwise we had awesome time in New Orleans "
