"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was amazing, especially Vernice, who was always so helpful during the breakfast buffet. She consistently went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of and had everything they needed. Her warm attitude and exceptional service truly made our mornings even better. This hotel is so close to the metro, restaurants and sight seeing. Thank you for the great hospitality! I definitely recommend this hotel! "

"Room was solid and clean, but very stuffy. Air condition didn’t seem to work and even with the windows open the air felt heavy and humid in the room. And because of the way the windows face, the room gets great sunlight but it makes it very warm during the day. Windows are not well sound proofed so noise from the plaza made it hard to fall aslee. Mattress was quite firm (not my preference, but not so firm as to be unsleepable). Gym is VERY bare bones and there’s no ventilation and minimal equipment that sorely needs to be updated. All that said, overall decent, very centrally located and convenient."

"The hotel is under construction, but no noise at night, the staff is very friendly, and professional, the hotel is close to main attractions like the Louvre and Notre Dame, breakfast was very good."

"Très déçu de cet hôtel. Chambre et parties communes sales. Dans le descriptif, ils parlent de salle de bain alors que c'est une douche dans un coin de la chambre. Il n'était pas non plus indiqué que les wc étaient sur le palier. Sans parler de l'état de propreté des toilettes. La fenêtre de la chambre ne fermait pas. Les photos ne ressemblent pas vraiment à la réalité des lieux."
