"It was a great place to stay. Really lovely and easy and accessible. The apartment is split into an upper room with two rooms in the basement. This was perfect for our family as we and the kids slept downstairs while my mom slept upstairs so as not to get woken up in the middle of the night. The only drawback was the portacot we initially received was broken, and Kal (host) didn't know if we could get another one until the following day. This was then fixed because there were two brand new...

"Wonderful view and well equipped apartment. Easy to drive into town or catch the ferry nearby at the Marina stop which made for a great experience. Apartment is as described and very clean. We made use of all amenities including BBQ. Host was very responsive and helpful in solving minor queries. This is located on a very busy road with natural traffic noise but didn’t interfere with our stay. Would highly recommend. "

"Loved staying here thoroughly enjoyed the home away from home, loved Queenstown would definitely recommend to people I know travelling to Queenstown, only problem was really car parking as we had 2 cars otherwise car parking would have been great if it was just 1 car. "The property was nice in a good location not far from town center however the studio was smaller than we thought it would be. The single room was just large enough for a king bed, a couple of end tables and 1 chair. There was also a closet and very small kitchenette. The bathroom was a good size and fairly luxurious though. Although small, we made do and it was convenient for us. "

"A bit tired..lots of rules to abide by “or you’ll incur a fee”..only communication was via email..no personal help regarding luggage storage prior to or after check in and out apart from contact a 3rd party and pay a fee."

"A car is definitely a must for this accommodation as it's up a steep hill. However, the view is worth it. There are 2 stairs within the house so please note that for those with lots of luggage or mobility issues. Most of everything is provided for except for clothes detergent which we had to buy."

"Modern spacious, well equipped accommodation. This was the best accommodation we have stayed in up to now having stayed in many during our touring holiday of North & South NZ. Highly recommended, having the best of places to visit in Arrowtown & Queenstown only 30 minutes away. Convenient for taking a flight/cruise from Frankton. A lightbulb went out in our bathroom and reception and the maintenance guy had it fixed/replaced within 5 minutes. The in room breakfast for the duration of our stay was fantastic. I can't recommend this hotel enough!"
