"The Room was nice the view was amazing and I absolutely love the balcony rooms was clean the front counter customer service was above and beyond upon checking in and out we ask for a late check out from going out the night before and they gave us another hour I’ll definitely be back I appreciate all the staff for being friendly and greeting us every time we came in and out Superb hospitality "

"It was a very busy day. There was a cheer competition and the Dallas Christmas parade all on the same day. Our checkin was quick and painless. The staff was kind and courteous. We were in a room at the end away from the cheer kiddos so it was a comfortable and quiet night. Will stay again. "

"I loved the location. The room was clean for the most part, it was a string of hair in the shower and sink, tho… room had an odor, like old carpet maybe. Once I turned the air on didn’t smell it anymore… All minor. If I’m ever in FW again, I will be staying at the DoubleTree. "
