"The staff was helpful. Room was not ready for early checkin but was able to drop off our luggage then we went out for lunch and some exploring. Room worked well. The shuttle to and from National Airport was outstanding, driver was very couteous and helpful. There were several good restaurants within walking distance. And, the walk to the Crystal City Metro stop was very close. We would definitely stay here again."

"Staff was very supportive and friendly as well as responsive to our requests for additional needed items (extra toilet paper, Kleenex, extra towels, a replacement ironing board). This place, and the surrounding area, is very nice. Bonus points for being conveniently located within walking distance of the Ballston/MU Metro station, upscale restaurants and a nearby grocery store. Fitness room is in need of a refresh; various pieces of workout equipment were functional but in need maintenance or repair. Word of caution: Your only parking option as a guest is to pay $30/night for the parking deck under the hotel. Surface parking in this area is highly restricted/routinely enforced with aggressive vehicle towing. Don’t make the mistake of parking on the nearby streets, as your vehicle will be towed (ours was, which required a $190 fee to the towing contractor). "
