"The breakfast was very good but the prices are not consistent. One day we paid $5 for ice cream after dinner and the next it was $7 very misleading. Same with glass of steamed milk it was more then my cappuccino. "

"Great hotel. Nice breakfast in the morning. I took away one star because we arrived at 1:30 and they would not let us check into our room until 4pm. They said our room was available and we could check in now for $50! They would waive the fee for gold honors members. Unfortunately I’m just a regular honors member. In past experience most hotels let you check in early if your room is ready and without a fee. Disappointing that they wanted to squeeze an extra $50 out of me!"

"The hotel needs an urgent renovation. The lack of a receptionist makes the stay very unpleasant. If you need support or anything is wrong with your room no one will answer. I could see only one person from time to time, he was useful with the bags but when we realised they had give you a lower quality room despite we payed for full price of the superior room, no one answered nor resolved the issue despite we state 5 days at the hotel. The rooms are extremely small and the windows broken"

"Very conventional, parking was 43 per night which is expensive so be aware . They dont out that on your hotel ."
