"This hotel is aged. Pain peeling, furniture faded and knocked and carpets from a bygone era. Car parking is in the town on a public street which entails carrying luggage a long way to the hotel rail shuttle and then again onto the hotel reception. The rooms are terrible. Very dated. The bed base on the floor with a thin mattress atop a 15cm high base. You don't so much step out of bed when you get above a certain age, as roll out. The bed sagged to so didn't provide comfort. "Superb customer support and service, and superb breakfast. The rooms are small but modern. The hotel team is super friendly, there are 3 floors in the hotel and there is no elevator, can you picture a 65 years old man and wife dragging their luggage to the 3rd floor. The hotel has plenty of parking spots in the back. The hotel is located on a restricted zone that you cannot enter the city without a pass. The hotel is in a superb spot close to everything. I recommend the hotel to everyone just would have hoped that there a fridge or a water heater in the room to make tea. The bathroom and rooms are all high tech and equipped with the latest technology. "
