We didn't have breakfast. If you are in a comfortable room you do not get a kettle or a safe although the staff did say we could use the coffee machine in the lobby and lockers by reception. Nice spa area though the hot tub was out of use.

The hotel was centrally located in Zurich with easy access to main points of interest and public transportation. My room was very small, however it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff of the property are excellent, kind, helpful , professional and friendly. The breakfast was great with many choices of food and eggs/omelette made to your choice. Overall it was a very good stay at Best Western Zurcherhof in Zurich

This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was amazing, service in the hotel was above expectations. The food choices at breakfast was the best I had on the trip.
