Spa is amazing, pool area is wonderful and the pool is just the right temperature. Breakfast is delicious with lots of choice including custom made eggs to order. Vast variety of juices and fruit. Coffee is exceptionally delicious. Food in the Arabic restaurant is also very tasty. Love this hotel, can’t say enough good things! "

"Great stay at Crossroads Hotel. Friendly check-in staff and a clean room, with secure parking and AC included. The price was good for the area. The hotel lobby is on the 5th floor, and it’s very walkable to Sarit and around Westlands. I asked to move to a quieter room and the staff accommodated it right away. I didn’t have any meals, so I can’t comment on the food. Overall, a good experience."

"I had a great time at Pan Pacific and will be coming back again. The staff were excellent, security was great, suite was large and well appointed and being directly attached to the GTC mall made it easy to get to additional reataurants, grocery store, pharmacy and more. I also made good use of the gym and outdoor pool. "

"Excellent price for the place including breakfast. Biggest issue was there is no screen on the window and no netting so got bit all night long from mosquitos. Had to close the widow but with no AC or fan was very hot. Also killed two cockroaches."
