We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. We had a super room with a patio, the wonderful hosts were very helpful and suggested places to visit and eat. Would definitely stay again.

Good service good location for meeting someone landing at the airport

What a wonderful surprise and a great way to experience both the Chateau and the Relais. At the Relais you even get your own balcony to enjoy the sunset at night. There is a pool, a sauna and a gymnasium at your disposal. I would just make a small recommendation - try introducing a hot cooked breakfast and /or later night snacks/bar within the Relais complex. Otherwise, bliss.

Great hotel with in walking distance to Bordeaux's attractions, restaurants & bars.

Loved our stay - staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The hotel is in a great location very close to the lighthouse. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast delicious, and the pool was good fun. Thank you to all the staff!

We had a wonderful stay despite the weather being mixed. The spa was a lovely treat when sitting by the pool wasn’t appealing - although make sure you book your hour as it fills up quickly. We had a lovely evening in the bar with music and tapas - it was meant to be in the rose garden but equally lovely. Lovely hotel, great parking access (even with our camper van). Was disappointing that the restaurant wasn't open as we didn't realise this when booking.

Gorgeous hotel on the waterfront - the most impressive in Saint Jean de Luz, with a nice (simple) spa. The staff are the highlight - effortlessly efficient & totally capable - from the (handsome) door men to the amazing receptionist, capable maids & talented masseuse. The whole hotel was immaculately presented, including the room. My only disappointment was that the room was far too hot without the window open, and much too noisy with it open.
