You need to have a car to drive into Arcachon and the surrounding bay as there's nothing in walking distance. But if you have a car - this is perfect. Clean. Good breakfast. Quiet. Free parking. Excellent.

Loved our stay - staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The hotel is in a great location very close to the lighthouse. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast delicious, and the pool was good fun. Thank you to all the staff!

This is a beautifully elegant hotel. Each room is unique with high quality fittings and products , particularly the quirky but very wearable bathrobes and the Dyson hair dryer. The team are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble

Gorgeous hotel on the waterfront - the most impressive in Saint Jean de Luz, with a nice (simple) spa. The staff are the highlight - effortlessly efficient & totally capable - from the (handsome) door men to the amazing receptionist, capable maids & talented masseuse. We had a wonderful stay despite the weather being mixed. The spa was a lovely treat when sitting by the pool wasn’t appealing - although make sure you book your hour as it fills up quickly. We had a lovely evening in the bar with music and tapas - it was meant to be in the rose garden but equally lovely. Plenty of parking, the staff were soo lovely, very friendly and helpful, one love lady printed off a list of recommended places for dinner and was extremely helpful. Our room was spotless and the beds very comfortable, everything was to our expectations and more!

Agnes was amazing. Phoned ahead to say we would be delayed and arrive after front desk closed. Quickly sent a text to me detailing room no. Room code and wi-fi code. Took pressure off us on our late flight. Next morning she gave us some free coffees as we missed breakfast. A bubbly super friendly and helpful lady. Directions, iron borrowing etc. Room clean quiet cool (41 degrees outside!) Cleaning staff all running around motivated and efficient. Thoroughly recommended.

To stay at this hotel is to experience gracious living and elegance at its very best.
