Grâce au tramway juste en face, le centre de Toulouse est à deux pas de l'hôtel. Très bon rapport qualité prix compte tenu de l'espace (appartement très grand) par rapport à d'autre.

Hôtel très bien placé, bien insonorisé, studio très spacieux, bien agencé, personnel très accueillant, malheureusement mauvaise literie, et le plafond de la salle d'eau noir d'humidité.

Idéal pour visiter Toulouse en famille économe

Excellent rapport commodité/surface/prix, à condition de ne pas payer le prix fort en réservant directement auprès de l'hotel ! Literie correcte, dessus de lit neufs, rideaux neufs et bien occultants, mobilier en bon état sauf salle de bain fatiguée. Mais bon... pour le prix payé...Nous sommes restés 3 nuits en novembre : chauffage correct. Moins agréable sans doute s'il fait très chaud (pas de clim) Autres avantages : kitchenette (micro-ondes neuf, frigo bien fatigué mais propre), grand parking gratuit, très bon restaurant asiatique au RDC, arrêt de bus sur place, commerces de dépannage de qualité tout près et station de tram à 100 m.

on a eu un très bon prix. la condition de notre T1 est pas nickel mais pour le prix , c'est correct. l'apart est prope est bien situé, à deux pas de tramway pour aller à centre ville.

Clean but Icky

Glad the room was clean because it was very run down--sagging curtains, old furnishings, hard mattress and no air conditioning. Area is a little scary--I noticed police lights flashing outside in the night. On the VERY PLUS side the affiliated Vietnamese Restaurant on the ground floor was super.

Poubelle de la cuisine non vidée à notre arrivée. Ventilateurs bruyants et en fin de vie. Traces noires d'humidité dans la salle de bain au dessus de la baignoire. Accès facile à l'hotel, transports en commun proches pour se rendre au centre ville. Literie confortable. Domage que la télévision ne soit pas dans le séjour mais dans la chambre. PRIX TRES INTERESSANT POUR UNE VILLE COMME TOULOUSE

Super impression nuit romantique ou l on a pu se faire un repas et dormir dans cette appart hotel pour un petit prix nous avons pas etait deranger des enfants qui courent au dessus mais sa ne nous as pas du tout deranger car nous avons des enfants et on sait que sa bouge donc nuit impeccable !

Extra space nice, needs a little maintenance

We arrived around midnight, but had called ahead and the staff gave us the entry code and left our key on the reception desk. Our one bedroom apartment allowed us to sleep in the bedroom and our two young children to sleep in the kitchen/living area on a sofa bed. Bathroom was very small and in need of some maintenance. Nothing fancy at all, but for the price, and the fact that we were just staying there overnight on our way from Valencia to Paris, it was just fine.

nouvel horizon à toulouse

Tout était très bien mise à part qu'une forte odeur de tabac durant la soirée et la nuit probablement causé par le client precédent : une horreur l'odeur malgré que lorsque nous sommes arrivés les fenetres étaient ouvertes pour aérer.
