The room PH3 was beautiful, with a great terrace, and the location is phenomenal with many things to do nearby. Everything inside the room was great, the bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials.
However, a few issues affected my overall experience. First, the check-in process was problematic. When I arrived, I had not received any check-in instructions or the door code. I messaged the property through the Expedia app but did not receive a response, so I went to the front desk for help. There was confusion about who I should contact, and it took about 45 minutes to finally resolve the issue.
Additionally, the stove was difficult to operate, and there were no clear instructions provided. During my stay, there was heavy rain and I noticed two leaks from the ceiling. I reported this to the host as well, but again received no response. I also hoped to request and pay for a late checkout if it was available, but due to the lack of communication, I wasn’t able to do so.
It’s a shame, because the property itself is lovely, and with better communication and support, the experience could have been much better.
