"When booking through Expedia, we were recommended a room with two twin beds despite including our children's ages. Fortunately, the hotel had availability to upgrade us upon arrival. The staff was incredibly helpful and even gave us a tour of the available room options so we could choose the best fit. The room itself was very spacious, and the service throughout our stay was fantastic."

"The Knot is a beautiful hotel located across the street from a big park that is amazing. The hotel is an easy 10 min walk to Shinjuku so it was nice to be close but far enough away from the crowds. Hotel has an amazing bakery, restaurant, and I highly recommend starting your day with the breakfast buffet. Very reasonable and the quality and selection of foods were all very very good. Also was easy to get a cab/uber anytime. Definitely end your night at their bar either way a cocktail from their bartenders who are artisans in their craft."

"We had a very good stay at All Day Place Shibuya. The location is excellent—very convenient for exploring Shibuya and getting around Tokyo, with plenty of restaurants, shops and transportation nearby. The rooms are on the smaller side. We had booked a quadruple room for our family, and it did feel quite tight with four people and luggage, so that is something to keep in mind if travelling as a family. What really stood out was the staff. They were extremely helpful and genuinely went above and beyond during our stay. I had an issue trying to track down a suitcase that had been shipped separately, and the staff took the time to help me locate it and sort everything out. I really appreciated their patience and assistance. Overall, a great stay because of the fantastic location and wonderful service. I would definitely recommend it, particularly if location and easy access to Shibuya are priorities."
