Great place to stay!

I stayed here one night before heading out to Galapagos and it was a very relaxing way to deal with jet lag and prepare for th my next trip. I especially liked the trails and being able to spot the wildlife. Having stayed in Quito on my return from Galapagos, I can say that this spot out of town was quiet and relaxing and the perfect get away from the hustle and bustle.

The stay at the lodge was out of this world. The staff are amazing and care for every need. Couldn’t fault a single thing! Food and drink was exceptional too! And the location is to be seen with your own eyes! Nothing can compare !

We chose not to stay in Quito city as we needed to be back and forth to the airport. So this hotel offered a good midway point, and we were really glad we chose it. As well as a much shorter ride to and from the airport, the hotel is smart, tidy and comfortable, and has possibly some of the most helpful staff I've ever encountered. We had an issue with one flight, and they did everything they could to help, including lending us a phone for several hours while we were on hold. Martin and Michelle...

The hotel was very good. They brought a kettle to our room. The outdoor pool was heated and the sauna and steam room worked. The airport transfer was reliable. Families with children bought day passes which is good. Will stay again.

Loved the beautiful room with kitchen. The bed was so comfortable and the food fantastic. Awesome gym, with paddle courts, tennis and pickle ball. Fantastic to watch the Polo too. Loved the 3 Swimming pools.

I had no problems booking a transfer to the airport which left on time.

Everything was excellent—service, cleanliness, etc. Highly recommended.
