We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our experience. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and extremely well maintained. Our room was comfortable, spotless and had everything we needed. One of the highlights was definitely the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional and always willing to help. The Guest Relations team was especially helpful with our requests and restaurant reservations, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The pools and outdoor areas are fantastic, with plenty of space to relax, and the whole resort has a lovely atmosphere. We also really enjoyed the food and the variety of restaurants available. The quality, presentation and service were excellent. What impressed us most was the attention to detail and how well organised everything felt. We travelled as a family and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality holiday in Antalya

Unfortunately, I would not recommend it. The service is nowhere near five-star standard. The biggest issue is the staff. Many speak very little English, are often unhelpful, and some have a poor attitude. My five-year-old daughter was repeatedly ignored while waiting patiently for a bottle of water, with adults who joined the queue after her being served first. When I raised this, the staff member became rude instead of apologising, pulled faces, and responded rudely in Turkish. Although I do not speak Turkish, her attitude and body language were very clear. It was completely unacceptable. Another major issue is the constant use of mobile phones by staff. Bar staff, pool staff, reception desks and other employees are frequently scrolling on social media while working, rather than focusing on guests. There is very little customer service—staff rarely greet guests, often walk into lifts ahead of guests, and generally seem uninterested in helping. The facilities are fine, but the service lets this hotel down. In my opinion, this feels much closer to a three-star hotel than a five-star resort.

Property was clean and well presented. The main restaurant was nice with a wide range of food on offer. The à la carte restaurants all come at additional cost, which is substantial for a family and the Japanese restaurant was shut. Entertainment was excellent each night. The waterpark and kids splash park were both relatively small and showing clear signs of age (broken water guns in kids areas for example). Pools generally are good but all at a single depth of 1.40m to warn those with kids who may like to join families in the main pool but not be confident swimmers. The beach was great, but the sea on our first day was quite dirty with plastic (it was fine the other days and really lovely). Staff are helpful. The brand new Trendy Perge is right next to it and the contrast is clear if you have a balcony facing into it. Rooms are larger in the Lara I understand but the need to invest in refurbishment in the Lara is clear given the obvious eyeball difference in the two for guests.
