The lighting in the room was not good . Very poor lighting at the foyer entrace and in some closets. Air conditioning panel does not have auto settings. Bath tub mechanism didn't work . I don’t often give 5-star ratings, but this hotel truly deserves it. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Miss Faryar—an absolute gem. She was incredibly helpful and professional, made our check-in smooth and easy, and patiently answered all our questions. The hotel itself was stunning, and the service remained excellent throughout our stay. We stayed in a duplex room with beautiful views of both the pool and the sea. The food options were plentiful, the pool was crystal clear, and the staff across the entire hotel were exceptionally friendly—always eager to help with anything we needed. We had an incredible stay at Titanic Mardan Palace and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. It’s a truly grand resort that lives up to its reputation. From the moment we walked into the stunning lobby, we knew we were in for a special experience. The à la carte restaurants were excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious food options with top-tier service. One of the standout aspects for us was the customer service – it was exceptional throughout our stay. The chefs even went out of their way to prepare special meals for our 9-month-old baby, which made us feel really cared for. The pool area is absolutely massive and beautifully maintained, perfect for relaxing or enjoying some family time. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone considering a luxury resort at a fair price point. Fantastic experience from start to finish.

I’ve had an amazing experience at this resort. The staff are wonderful and this by far one of the best places I’ve stayed at. Highly recommended!!! You have loads for kids to do, amazing dining experiences and the beach is breathtaking. I will have to come back again!

WOW!! Where do I start?? The whole hotel is just really beautiful but more than this the staff that run it are amazing from the moment I stepped from my taxi and was greeted at the amazing door to the moment I left everyone was more than lovely to me… this hotel really is 5 star… I’ve found my forever holiday destination!!.. beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean.. pools are lovely, food is amazing, entertainment top notch, I could just go on and on… but I would like to thank all the staff.. from reception, pool area, chefs, cleaner’s everyone for making my stay .. perfect… I can not recommend this hotel highly enough… and I WILL be returning.. Thank You!!! Xx

Stayed with my family for a week and had a wonderful experience. Ambience is amazing and staff were very attentive. Only downside was room service is chargeable but apart from that we were very pleased and would recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Excellent staff they make you feel comfortable and always willing to help. Big shout out to Vadet who worked at Bistro and Musut who worked at Bosphoros. My only recommendation is there should be more information about the hotel and activities should be given at checkin.
