There were many positives about our stay in AG Hotels. As two female travellers we found the staff at reception extremely helpful and accommodating. Anything we required or asked of them was done quickly. They were especially helpful with travel and arranging outside trips. Our room was cleaned frequently and the cleaning staff were also very polite and nice to speak to. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay it was varied every day and always satisfying the breakfast staff were so welcoming and constantly making sure that we had drink top ups. Could not fault the staff during our stay and all the assistance they gave us was very appreciated. The hotel is close by to a metro station which is just across the road which was great to get to places such as Antalya Mall and taxis were cheap and convenient to be arranged. The hotel is not in the city centre but most places are under 20 minutes away by taxi. One of the only downsides to the hotel is the fact that it is located near a main road meaning there was a lot of traffic throughout the night however after a few days we got used to the noise and were able to sleep but it is something to keep in mind. Additionally, there is also no irons provided in the rooms and the only option is a paid ironing service which is also important to note. Overall though we were extremely happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for friendliness, cleanliness and accessibility. A special thank you to the staff.

Overall it is a lovely modern hotel with good food very affordable. Close to airport which is a bonus but that’s about it.

The only setback is its location - not ideal to find food and it is along a major road and tramway. One has to walk about 1km to find something to eat.
We arrived around 10 p.m., called before arriving at the property. There was no help available to carry the luggage. Next, our room - a MASSIVE cockroach on our wall, chipped walls and a horrible smell. No air conditioning. When we reported the issue, the receptionist was extremely rude, and disinterested in helping us. He mentioned he’d send someone but took half an hour to do so while we waited in the lobby. Upon complaint, he became extremely rude and refused to help further. The restaurant staff was amazing though! Helped us get a taxi, and get as far away as possible from the place. Special thanks to the exceptional Expedia customer service who sorted us out for the rest of our stay.
