"We had a terrible experience. This property is not managed 24h. The owner comes by only when it's needed. Their check-in time is 4 pm and the owner told us the reception closes at 4:30 pm which gave us 30 min window to check-in. We had to rush to get the keys. She told us she would leave her contact information and useful links for the property to our phone and email but we never received it. "Had a wonderful experience at Creta Maris. Would recommend booking the theme restaurants as soon as you arrive to ensure you get to try the cuisine outside of the buffet although the buffet was good as well. Sometimes hard to find chairs by the pools but can generally find beach chairs. The staff were very friendly, would recommend the Nami wine cellar wine tour, the staff running it were very informative of the islands history and wines were very tasty."

"Stunning location and views. We were there at the beginning of the season so the property was pretty empty, but still enjoyable. The seafood / sushi restaurant on the beach is excellent and the staff is incredibly helpful and attentive. We would definitely return to see what it feels like when the “scene” is in full swing!"
