"The pictures for this property are very misleading. The place is very outdated and there’s a horrible smell that comes from the shower. On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. Then trying to find the location was very confusing as there were several gates and doors each with their own access codes. Very difficult to navigate when you arrive after sunset. "We stayed at this hotel after our original one refused to provide a mattress for our baby, and we couldn’t have been happier with the change. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Our room was clean and comfortable, and they provided a cot and mattress for our four-month-old, which made our stay so much easier. The location is great too—just near the RER A for easy access into Paris, plus there’s a free shuttle to Disney right across the road. If you prefer to walk, it’s only about 30 minutes to Disney, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby as well. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful stay and truly couldn’t find a single fault."
