"Staff and hotel were nice for a short stay. Has an incident when a man that was either drunk, on drugs, or both was beating on our for early in the morning and also held up the elevator so we had to take the stairs. The staffer reassured us that the police were handling the issue."

"Nice place to stay in Medellin. Very convenient location, great service from the staff. Great food and excellent service too. The only issue is that they have limited key cards for the room so if you loose yours they would charge you usd 3. This is ridiculous because the rate is over 100. Charging you this additional usd 3 just disappoint you and it's not worth it considering that everything in the hotel is good. Please remove this ridiculous charge and you guys would get tons of 5 stars ratings."

"The hotel staff were just the best. So helpful and so pleasant. We really enjoyed our time sipping Pisco sours in the lobby area and just enjoying the beautiful property. Well located right next to the Parque Arauco and beautiful views of the mountains."
