Cristian was of great help, everybody there was accommodating and sweet!!.. I wouldn’t choose a different hotel after trying this one… the breakfast included was of top quality… the roof top restaurant as well… and the house keeper was the sweetest lady you would meet!!..love you guys!!

This hotel experience was great , the location is awesome 10-15 minutes away from octava maravilla and 5 minutes away from provenza . The breakfast was always fresh and delicious with 10 different options . The staff was on point but the only downside was the cleaning company, the will only take out the bathroom trash or fix your bed but when it comes to cleaning the bath tub or bathroom sink I will give it a 0 star , one of my Contacts lenses felt on the sink counter and it was seating there for 2 days straight after they supposedly clean the room .

The location of the property is really high up and not easily accessible by foot unless you’re okay walking up long, steep hills. Half of the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The other half not so much. The rooms were not as clean as you’d hope staying in a hotel that looks so nice on the outside. When we used the jetted tub in our room, there were still petals and debris from the previous guests. Also, the bedding and bath towels had stains on them.
