Convenient

The room was very spacious and beds were comfortable

Loved the room and it was very comfortable. Air con was amazing, kitchen well equipped, shower nice and hot and bed and pillows were really comfortable.

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn on Upper James in Canada, and I have to say — the experience was fantastic from start to finish! The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and considering we were a large group (with my siblings and their families joining as well), the staff handled everything smoothly and made sure everyone was comfortable. Breakfast was great nice options to choose...

Excellent hotel. Quick check in experience. Welcoming staff. Room was very spacious. Everything was impeccably clean with all the amenities you need

The staff is fabulous and the place is super convenient!

I was really impressed with the room and service at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Burlington. The room was unusually large. I would certainly be staying at this hotel whenever I'm next in Canada. Commendations to your staff member that works at night. I really enjoyed my stay.

The room was very clean, nice environment.

We loved it!

All staff were very friendly and went out their way to help in any way they could. Our room was lovely, spacious and clean. My only criticism would be the bed as it was a bit ‘lumpy’ and not very comfortable. The amenities were great and we thoroughly enjoyed our times in the pool. Having the laundry room where I could get caught up with our laundry that had accumulated over the first week of our holiday was absolutely fantastic. Would definitely visit again.

Staff excellent, very comfortable. Breakfast sufficient, great stay !

Really friendly and well presented business/ traveller hotel. Supremely welcoming staff who go above and beyond to personalize the experience and create a warm and relaxed atmosphere. Facilities good, food good, bed comfortable, what’s not to like!
