"I had very bad experience with the check inn, I have been allotted a downgraded room and they did not even bother to apologise. I demanded a compensation but they thought iam begging, so sad. I paid full room rent with extra bed with Expedia but it did not reflect there Had a tough time But the property is really amazing. I wish I could have been tested better"

"This hotel was very convenient as I needed to stay the night in Mettupalaiyam after arriving by the toy train that early evening. It's a walkable 5-10 minute distance from the train station, with eat-in or take-out restaurants nearby, and a supermarket across the street. I would only recommend maybe requesting for an extra blanket (which may be at a cost), or bringing your own, as they only provided two flat sheets. "I booked this at last minute and wasn’t sure what to expect, but the staffs were helpful through out the stay and on calls before the stay. Gave us a nice useful upgrade that gave us a comfortable stay for the night. The breakfast was also good. It’s a place I can comeback on future stays in Coimbatore"
