"The front desk is very helpful even when there was a long line waiting to be attended (maybe it should add a new hire?). Breakfast is a top notch quality with reasonable varieties served by very well trained staff. The pools are in good conditions. Will stay there again next time."

"This was a great, inexpensive place to stay for our Disneyland trip. The room was adequate, did not reek of disinfectant (a big problem at comparable hotels), and was clean. Be aware that it is very bare bones - no microwave, no kleenex/tissue, shelves instead of drawers, and no Do Not Disturb sign. The lounge pads at the pool desperately need updating, and the guy that checked us in was unfriendly. However, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, room was clean, water pressure was adequate, and just a 15-minute, flat walk to the parks (in a wheelchair, flat counts). We will definitely stay here again."

"Only received decaf coffee in the room had to go downstairs and pay 4.00 a cup. Floor needed cleaned in room, a kid obviously took a pen to the floor but was never cleaned. Shower has standing water in it."
