I liked this hotel it was quiet and the beds were comfy and it was clean the staff was nice there was a hotel swimming pool however their laundry cost $8 $4 for a wash and $4 for a drive which I thought was a bit excessive

Spacious room. Very nice could see the matterhorn from our room and watch the fireworks. Water was hot and plentiful but shower head did not have much pressure. Breakfast was nice but ran out pretty quickly not sure if it was replenished in a timely fashion only ate 1 morning of our 3 day stay. Had to ask for the room to be cleaned but housekeeping was great whenever we asked for something. Pool didn't look to good but people were using it.

Everything was good. The staff was very friendly. It was a clean, nice room. The continental breakfast could have been a little bit better but overall we liked our room a lot very convenient very close to you could actually see the fireworks outside of our room.
