Family run hotel. At night the streets clear of tourists and all of the locals come out. Very nice location. Anacapri is a quiet safe haven. Could not imagine staying in hectic Capri.

It's very convenient to shopping, restaurants and taxi/bus. It's very clean. Our room had a small patio balcony. But this hotel is very basic. The breakfast, is not appetizing, unless you like hard boiled eggs and hard bread, and random pieces of fruit. The hallways echo, so you can hear everything and everyone. There is not one single item for decor. But price is reasonable for a clean place to sleep.

We attended a wedding in Capri last weekend and were thrilled to find this affordable option available to us when looking for hotels. We were very happy with what was provided for the price we paid. We were traveling with our two year old son and the staff was always very friendly with him and played with him, letting him ring the bell at the front desk. As other reviewers have mentioned, the breakfast was quite basic, but again, for the price we paid we thought it was more than adequate and were thrilled to have breakfast included at all! We never managed to get the wifi working in our room, though to be fair, we never asked the staff about it because we could use the data on our phones and just used that. Our favorite part of the hotel was probably the location. We took a taxi from the Marina Grande ferry port straight to Piazza Vittoria in Anacapri, and from there it was only a one minute walk down the pedestrianised path. We loved being able to walk out of our hotel and be surrounded by all the shops and restaurants. If you're looking for a lovely, budget-friendly option for you stay then look no further than the Hotel Biancamaria!

Basic Hotel in Great Location

The hotel is in a fantastic location in Anacapri which is about a 10 min taxi ride from Capri. Anacapri is a little quieter than Capri too, so if you like that, this would be a great place for you. The hotel is on a cute pedestrian street with several restaurants. The hotel room itself is basic. Overall, I would still recommend staying here.

Hotel Biancamaria in Anacapri

The Biancamaria is located on a street with many shops and restaurants. It is close to buses and a taxi area. There were no steps to climb to reach the hotel which is a welcome change to much of the Amalfi Coast. The staff is friendly, the breakfast was a typical European Continental breakfast but was fresh and tasty. I would definitely stay at the Biancamaria again on my next visit to Capri.

Замечательный современный отель на три звезды, скромно и со вкусом. Номера чистые и регулярно убираются. WiFi доступен в номере. Очень приветливый персонал, сервис безупречен. Расположен великолепно. У нас из окна был прекрасный вид на залив, вход в отель находится со стороны главной туристической улицы Анакапри, которая является пешеходной зоной, а значит, нет шума от транспорта. Также поскольку отель расположен на некотором удалении (5 минут пешком) от центральной площади, то поток туристов также незначителен. В отзывах про этот отель читал о малом разнообразии в подаваемых завтраках - это соответствует действительности: кофе, сок, круасаны и булочки с набором джемов. Однако, на мой взгляд, это не является серьезным недостатком. Все очень опрятно и этого вполне хватает до полноценного обеда. Кроме того, можно пойти в ближайший ресторанчик или магазин фруктов если вы приехали на Капри ради еды.

This hotel is walking distance to the bus stop, sites, restaurants, and shops. It's extremely clean and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and friendly. A great value for the money.

Ubicazione comodissima, a due passi dalla fermata dell'autobus e nel pieno centro di Anacapri. Personale cortese. Stanza pulita, panoramica e silenziosa, ma senza un frigobar. A colazione buono il cornetto, ma con la sola alternativa di fette biscottate da infarcire con marmellata o nutella.

grazioso albergo

abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo nello scorso week end, ed è stata una piacevole sorpresa. La poszione dell'albergo è eccezionale, si trova a pochissimi passi dalla piazzetta di Anacapri ove vi è lo stazionamento degli autobus e da dove si può anche prendere la seggiovia per il Monte Solaro, ed in più è circondato da tanti bei negozietti ed anche una piccola salumeria. L'albergo è ben tenuto, gli interni e le stanze sono tutte tinteggiati di bianco e la nostra camera era confortevole, pulita ed anche panoramica con una stupenda vista su Monte Solaro e sul mare. I gestori sono persone molto affabili ed il personale gentile e cortese. Sicuramente da consgiliare ma soprattutto spero di ritornarci al più presto.

Ambiente vecchio e triste purtroppo avevo la sensazione di stare in una clinica per anziani... Personale scortese e il signore con l'accento toscano alla reception molto molto arrogante. Non ci tornerò mai piu e lo sconsiglio a tutti.
