"Staff are lovely but the 7th floor is like a dungeon. Rooms are old and not worth money paid. Air ducts are filthy, just about blocked and shower curtain needs to be replaced. Dinner and dining area was great. Piano playing, staff and food was excellent. "

Conveniently located minutes from the Main Street which has shopping and restaurants. Very close to the local train station and bus terminal for tours. Would definitely stay there again."

"Wonderful location. Walkable to the port along the waterfront in about 20 minutes. Taxis just outside the door and lots of wonderful restaurants in walking distance. The views from the breakfast room were fab. The bed was big and super comfortable and the balcony doors really blocked out the sound of the city. The negatives were it feels like a conference center, where corporates go to do team building, and does not feel very homely or luxurious. It is quite run down, lots of black marks on the walls. Feels a bit like a holiday inn or a Hilton….a three star airport hotel vibe. Also the balcony could do with having some furniture to enjoy the view. We booked it for the pool which was closed which we didn’t expect for the 24th-26th of May. You can find it on the webpage if you search that the pool is only open certain times of the year but that wasn’t obvious when we booked. The other pools in the city hotels are open this time of year so if you’re going for a pool then go somewhere else. We left the hotel in the morning and didn’t come back until bed time because there are no facilities that would keep you in the hotel and the feeling is just too like a conference center. That said, I have given mostly 5 stars because the location really is spectacular and it was important for me to feel safe in the city and that’s what I felt. I would recommend it for a short stay if you were just looking to explore the city and get a comfortable sleep "

"Loved our stay here! Very clean! Plenty of towels. Welcoming staff. The views from our hotel were AMAZING!! The only thing I didn’t like was the hard bed cause I want used to it but other than that, I would highly recommend! "

"Hotel directly across from train terminal so very convenient for that. However the outside at night seems a bit scary so we didn’t go outside because of that. Hotel lobby, and rooms however are very nice!! So being in the hotel feels like you are in a different area and feel luxurious! So the convenience to train and hotel quality outweighs any outside issues at night! "

"Very convenient location, friendly and exceptional staff. Their dining terrace has an exceptional view--if you go, make sure to enjoy at least a cocktail there. Could walk to everything we wanted to see in Naples. Close drive to airport. "

"Their location is outstanding. The pool, terrace and dining facilities have perhaps the most spectacular view I have ever seen. Watching the sunset, looking at Mt. Vesuvius and Naples while listening to their piano player and enjoying an exceptional dinner is an experience I will always treasure! "
