The perfect experience

Our stay was magnificent! This hotel is in located in the little town of Anacapri and it is absolutely amazing. From the time you arrive at the port to your departure they are there to make your stay perfect in every way. The staff, they are genuinely the best and most kind people! Our experience here was so perfect that it was truly hard to leave!! Dear Jumeirah Capri Palace we can’t wait to return and bring our entire family. The hotel was fantastic. The breakfast was included and top notch. The staff were all extremely friendly. Zuma on the rooftop but even better was 2 Michelin star restaurant L’Olivio. Their event planning team Mariana and Alesia were fantastic in helping me plan my wedding proposal. Highly recommend.

The best service I’ve ever had at any 5 star hotel or otherwise. Costanza, Tomasso and the rest of the team were amazing. They treat you like royalty from the moment you step in. Pool service was impeccable, I did not get the gentleman’s name but he was a pleasure everyday. We will be coming back.

Our third time at this hotel. We had a great time overall but they have to pay more attention to the condition of the rooms. There was a water dripping sound in our room very annoying in the middle of the night and they changed our room and the new room was bloody cold and the air conditioning was not working properly to turn it off. Breakfast was great and the restaurant at the roof top was good. Spa was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time here. We much preferred this side of Capri. The property has an excellent gym for those of you who like to work out. The food is excellent, including the buffet breakfast. The restaurants are extremely pricey so look a little further afield for other options if this concerns you. The rooms are also not well sound proofed and we found ourselves wearing earplugs. We overheard other people talking about the same issue during our stay. However, we would stay again and overall we had a great experience.

I have mixed feelings about this place. We had to change rooms because our first room was old, smelled like smoke, had bugs and the tub wouldn’t drain. The new room was nicer, but still old looking- didn’t look like what we saw in pictures. Lots of families stayed here and the kids were all misbehaving and extremely loud at the pool. Not sure it was worth the price we paid. The staff was very friendly, especially the guys that worked at the pool and the ladies at the front desk! Breakfast was also really good.

Absolutely amazing stay at the Capri Palace! All staff are charming in particular Roberto who assisted us with care and consideration around the pool. This is a beautiful hotel with amazing facilities- a total gem!
