"I got an email the afternoon of my checkin day saying the property had no hot water, with an email provided to ask any questions. I emailed asking how long the outage was expected to last and never heard back. When I arrived, I asked and was told the outage was over (which I was relieved to hear). But someone should have responded to my email query before my arrival.
The water coming out of the sink faucet smelled weird that evening but seemed normal again the following morning."
"Internet was horrible. Do not use Expedia for international travel. They dont accept phone calls and every email you send takes 48 hours to get a response. Not worth the change you save or the convenience in any way"
"We were upgraded to the better rooms on the executive wing. Rooms are a similar size but better equipped and the layout is better, making it more spacious. It was also quieter and more comfortable than the standard rooms. I may book the higher standard rooms in future "
