"Absolutely unique property in the heart of old Patiala. The management team, led by Deep Singh, has painstakingly brought this heritage site back to its prior glory. Service was attentive. The property is brand new and the team is working hard to optimize the guest experience. The gym is sufficient. We did not use the spa services. The pool is picturesque. "Pathetic & Terrible Place to Stay. Not suitable for even a single person. You will have a feel of living in hell every single second. Property Management very poor, disrespectful, unprofessional behaviour. No TV working, AC out of order, No body wash, No hand wash, No dental Kit, No clean or disposable slippers, Cheap unbranded mineral water, nasty bedding, Poor room service, poor cleanliness, very unhygienic and disgusting rooms.
